All Sales Are Final

All Tuelles purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please check our size guide and product details before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement, email hello@tuelles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a similar item of equal value.

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see online, and this is not considered a defect.
